Trivia

~ The following 7 have gone on to win awards after being awarded Best Debutante/Debutant (or) Best Find (or) #39 (or) #40 previously:
1) Lakshmi Menon – 1,
2) Karthik Subbaraj – 2,
3) Pradeep Kumar – 8,
4) Anirudh Ravichander – 4,
5) R. S. Durai Senthilkumar – 1,
6) Sean Roldan – 1,
7) Shireen Shahana – 1.

~ This is the graph of composer Anirudh in CM’s SATC so far: Best Debut as Music Director in 2012 –> Favourite Song in 2013 –> Best Song in 2017 –> Best Music Direction in 2019.

~ In 2013, director Ram won both award #14 & 18. In 2017, Mani Ratnam would do the same feat.

~ Among all the winners so far, the only hat-trick winner is Shashaa Tirupati (Best Singer Female – 2015, 2016, 2017).

~ Some of the winners have this habit of winning awards along with some of the other winners. It’s a mere coincidence that,
1) Santhosh Narayanan, Yogi Babu, & Sid Sriram have won #5, #27, #36 respectively in 2016 and again in 2018;
2) Karthik Netha & Shobi have won #2 & #29 respectively in 2013, 2014, and in 2018;
3) Munishkanth (Ramdoss) & Anbariv have won #27 & #28 respectively in 2014 and again in 2017;
4) 5 of them after winning awards in 2012, returned to win again — though for different titles — in 2018: Karthik Subbaraj, Shankar, Samantha, Dhanush, & Dinesh.
